The team:

Vitus Audio was originally founded in 1995 by Hans Ole Vitus (on the right), and cofounded by Anders Grove (on the left) in 2005.´

Hans-Ole Vitus and Anders Grove had worked closely together for over 10 years on numerous audio projects and creating Vitus Audio was the logical step to bring their novel ideas to the audiophile market. Together they form an extremely professional and highly skilled team that has already garnered Vitus Audio the reputation of being one of the leading high end audio manufacturers in the in the world.

Hans Ole Vitus is in charge of all electronic design and the development of the many highly custom designed components used throughout Vitus Audio’s product line. He is also responsible for the entire production and assembly process for both electronics and cables. He graduated as an electronic engineer in 1990 and in a long career in the electronics industry has accumulated a vast amount of technical knowledge and experience. Prior to founding Vitus Audio he worked for Texas Instruments Nordic, where he was in charge of technical design support covering their entire portfolio. As a dedicated audiophile he has spent all his spare time in the last 25 years analyzing and improving other manufacturers’ products, as well as developing his own original designs.

The other half of the Vitus team, Anders Grove, also has more than 20 years experience of working with high end audio principally speakers and cables. Anders originally trained as a dental technician. This has given him a deep understanding of the properties of different metals, how they function as conductors and how this property is affected by other materials. In 1992 he founded Argento Audio, a company well known for producing extremely high performance audio cables. He left Argento in 2005 to co-found Vitus Audio, however is not taking an active part in the business.
