To upload a video of the issue, please use WeTransfer’s “Get a link” function. After uploading the video to WeTransfer, copy the generated link and include it in the problem description. Please mention all the components in your system, including cables, power coditioners, electronics and speakers. This is to better help the troubleshooting process, and to provide you with the fastest possible service.
